Our web development stack includes Perl, xHTML, CSS, JSON, AJAX, Javascript, and jQuery, and our platform consists of open-source Linux-based operating systems and tools. We function as an Agile (Scrum-based) development team. The team's production code is designed to withstand the rigors of a high-traffic 24-hour e-commerce website.

The role: Systems Availability Engineer

The BetOnMarkets Software Testing and Quality Assurance department is responsible for Quality and testing of the BetOnMarkets website and service. The team's mission is to ensure Quality and usability of the website and its ancillary services, working with the IT team, Product Development team, and the Customer Support team to ensure that Quality needs are met.

The role: QA Engineer

Our System Administration department is responsible for designing and operating our global office networks as well as our high-end, high-traffic production IT infrastructure. This IT infrastructure consists of approximately 50 Linux based work stations and 15 Linux based servers located world wide.

The role: Senior Linux System Administrator

Being part of our Linux System Administration team means that you will be responsible for our IT infrastructure as a whole. You are an absolute Linux Guru, intimately familiar with the nuts and bolts of the Linux Operating System, but you also have the maturity to see the 'bigger picture'.

Bind, Postfix, Apache, virtualization and load-balancing (to name a few) do not hold any secrets for you anymore and you compile kernels for breakfast. On top of that you are absolutely paranoid about security.
